I build companies, invest in people and ideas, and spend a lot of time thinking about how to live well.

This is where I keep some of the things I’m working on, thinking about and hoping to explore with others.

I like people who have gone unusually deep into something and developed their own view.

The field matters less.

They might be building, researching, investing, making, designing — or doing something I know very little about.

I invest in people and ideas. Sometimes I build with them, help, make introductions, or simply want to know them.

If you think we should know each other, write to me.

I like long conversations with people who make me rethink things.

Working models

01

Authenticity

I try to separate what I actually want from what I learned to want.

Mimetic desire is usually harder to spot than it seems.

02

Exploration

You cannot properly imagine the unknown from inside the known.

I try to expose myself to enough new people, places and experiences to keep discovering what I could not have planned for.

03

Minimalism

Minimalism is real wealth.

Less dependency creates more room to move. I value optionality more than most forms of perceived security.

04

Dialectic

A good conversation should be able to change both people.

I care more about getting closer to the truth than defending a position.

05

Problem selection

Most execution problems are downstream of choosing the wrong problem.

I spend a disproportionate amount of time trying to understand what is actually worth solving.

04 / A working model

Authenticity, drawn as a process.

01

What was given to me

Family. Culture. School. Expectations.

They shape you before you know yourself.

02

What I learned to want

The empty space gets filled quickly.

Status. Careers. Taste. Opinions.

A lot of desire is mimetic. It can feel like your own for a long time.

03

What started to feel too small

At some point the inside keeps growing.

The outside doesn't always grow with it.

That gap creates friction. Sometimes it feels like gasping for air from the inside.

04

Authenticity

For me, authenticity is the process of seeing what is actually yours.

Then making room for it.

05

What I'm trying to do

Choose work, people, places and problems more deliberately.

And keep enough space to keep changing.

What happens when you strip away the performative layers and interact with the world with less distortion?

Authenticity is energizing because contradiction is expensive.

A lot of energy gets spent maintaining lives that don’t quite fit.

The world also responds to the signal you send. If that signal is distorted, the feedback will be too.

The closer the signal gets to the person underneath it, the more useful the feedback becomes.

01

What makes people more alive?

Agency, health, flow, authenticity, environments that change how you feel and think.

02

What quietly determines what is possible?

The systems underneath everyday life — money, energy, technology, incentives, infrastructure.

03

Where is reality moving before consensus catches up?

I’m drawn to change that feels hard to reverse, especially when the implications are still misunderstood.

Questions I keep around
  1. What would I still want if nobody could see it?

  2. What can only be discovered by going there, not by thinking about it?

  3. What looks stable only because it hasn’t been stressed yet?

  4. What signal am I sending — and what kind of life is responding to it?

  5. Where is everyone crowding one door while another is wide open?

These questions keep taking me somewhere new.

My curiosity is broad. My work usually isn’t.

I explore widely, but when I find a problem worth solving, I go deep.
